The rating and complaint history are misleading. I've used this company half a dozen times over the years and never had a problem. I run a business myself and if I had only 18 complaints a year, out of the thousands we service, I'd be very happy. General Appliance has always been very fair with me and I recommend you give them a shot. Also, remember to ask about their 30% off labor. It is advertised for new customers but they've given it to me every time.
