I had a very positive experience with this company. I was redirected to them through ATK engines looking for a reman 22-RE for my 4runner. I didn't get pressured or hassled the first time I called just to get a quote. When I decided to make the purchase, service guy was very friendly and answered all questions happily. Both further calls I had to make (one clarifying something and other to arrange for core pickup), service people again were cordial, efficient, and accurate. No bureaucracy mix-ups or miscommunications, shipping was VERY fast, and I actually got my core refund in a timely matter without even having to call them! Usually at least one part or person in the transaction process is a pain, so I was happy to have an all around good experience.
Truck started right up, so I haven't had any trouble with ATK quality or Gearhead as their vendor so far.
