This company is not worth your time or money. If your HOA is considering them understand that they come cheap for a very good reason. The employees that have been in and around our community "working" for the last several months tend towards 3 things; looking in people's windows, standing around talking and generally making a mess as they do a very shoddy job. Wood facing for the buildings has been replaced, instead of making sure there is a smooth facing there are large gaps between the outer wood and the wall. Paint jobs are generally left half done, for instance instead of cleaning and removing the debris left from the cracking and peeling paint they simply paint over it. Whole community notices and the tape holding them up have been painted over. Multiple residents have had items from our balconys or yards damaged or the item simply goes missing. When confronted about noise issues for the residents who have spoken to the contractors about working night shift not only is nothing done to be cinsiderate but often the worker who was just speaking in english to his fellow employee claims not to speak English.
