Ge Money has horrible customer service. I have been a customer for over 3 years and I am currently financing a motorcycle through them and just recently they changed my interest rate from 11.99% to 26.99% my payment is $260.00 a month. They only put $20.00 towards my balance and the other $240.00 goes towards the interest, is that even legal ? I have always been on time with them and a year ago they closed my account because my credit sucks, why would they close my account if I've always been perfect with them. When I call they say they cant do anything for me no matter who I talk to, they don't even try. I to have been a victim in this struggling economy but I always manage to always be on time with my payments to them and this is how they treat me ? There's no way I'm keeping this bike any longer.
