Had drain work done. Received 6 month's finance free via GE MONEY BANK. Never ever received the credit card even though I have requested one several times.
Accessed my account and found that ROOTER HERO/SERVICE HERO (the plumbing/drain company) had added a second, identical charge to my account. GE MONEY BANK told me that they don't deal with disputes and that I had to contact the ROOTER HERO. ROOTER HERO don't answer their phones - you have to leave a message. I have left around 6-7 messages in the last couple of days, hoping that they would call me. NOTHING.
So, now GE MONEY BANK refuses to remove that second identical charge, and the plumbing company won't return my calls.
Disgusting behavior on both of these companies. I'm a 68 year-old senior, managing to survive on an income of $1050 each month.
