Bad customer service! They don't know what their talking about. I will still give 3 stars since they don't ask too many questions when I need to return staff when best buy does and you can get good deal if you check news ads. They don't stock too many good deals so you need to go there right away and in some cases you need to even wait by the door before the store opens.
