It's not often that you do business with people over a long distance in a way that makes you feel as though you have known them for years.
This is the experience we had with Foundation Mortgage Group.
We worked with Todd Eisenberg and Cathleen Wiseley. Both are well informed and extremely good at what they do.
They are not only efficient and competent they are also very friendly and involved.
We were in touch daily via phone and email with complete answers to all of our questions and concerns. Even while on vacation Todd stayed involved with out loan process.
The company offered us lower fees than other companies we had spoken to and offers a NO FEES deal to returning customers.
Overall we were very pleased with their services.
There is only one area of improvement I would like to suggest.
The person who handles appraisals in their office could use an assistant, his department delayed the process about a week.
Other than that, these folks were right on the ball with outstanding customer service and communication. We will most definitely do business with them again.
