The ethics and business practice of this eye Doctor is terrible. We paid for contacts up front for our son and after the trial pair he was not able to ware we made appointment to change to different brand. Our son did not keep his appointment so I called the office to let them know we did not feel he was able to ware contacts after all. For two reasons one he was not responsible enough and two his vision was not going to be good enough with the contacts still blurry. I asked for a refund of the amount paid for the contacts only since none were ever ordered. They said that they would have to get back to me. It has been over a year and after a month of calling every day I finally got the answer of sorry we will not be giving you the money back your file has been closed. So they kept over 200 dollars for something we never received and something they never ordered. And they got money from the insurance company too. So please be aware they will rip you off.
