Avoid at all costs! Same day delivery advertised, however money has been taken and 7 days later still no flowers/refund
Ordered flowers for a funeral only due to the website stating same day delivery. The order was placed at 7am in the morning however THE NEXT day i get am email stating the flowers have not been delivered. Upon asking for a refund I get no response and am ignored for 7 days. Upon finally getting hold of a representative I was told it was my fault for "leaving it too late" even though the website advertised same day delivery if ordered before a certain time. The order was made at 7am and the cut off 12pm. No notice of failure of delivery was sent on the day to make alternate arrangements. Would discourage anyone from using this service as the customer service, once you do get hold of an employee is shockingly bad. They till date (a week has elapsed) have not refunded me my money and I have to file a complaint with my credit card company. Ordering with them in order to save a few dollars in comparison to other sites is just not worth it as you will end up paying for a product/service and not receiving anything at all! Avoid at all costs!
