TERRIBLE. I paid $55 for same-day delivery; they weren't sent at all. I requested a refund and they told me that I would have to ask my 60 year old mother to return the flowers in order to do so, but remember, they didn't even send them in the first place! I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I have yet to receive my refund.
