5towns transport is defenetly a shady business. First and formost they are unreachable. I have called over 30 times in a weeks time and was not given one response. Then the day my vehicle was supposed to be picked up. No call no show. So i called 5 towns over and over again and left countless messages. Still no answer finally somtime in the third day of calling my wife was able to get ahold of somebody who said HE had been out of the office(where was everybody else i now thier are at least 3 people working there.) So he gave her the same bs story I have read on a few threads about them. That the "truck broke down" so he tells me the carrier will be thier on sunday and i would get a call friday no amtter what. Guess what i didnt even recieve a call from the driver till monday. So now he has my car on the truck and tells me its going to be $750 thats funny because my contract says 650 owed so ill have to take it up with 5 towns but much to my surprise no answer from email or phone.
So if anybody from 5 towns is reading this i would love a responce.
