Today I received my new loan documents and what a relief that was. I owe you First Tier big time. I couldn't wait to write a review. My husband fell ill last year and lost his job. We were in so much trouble with behind payments. Chase would not work with us nor take payments for the loan. They tried to get us into a forbearance program which Robert advised me not to do. After we spoke to Robert he explained the forbearance and thank the lord and Robert we didn't. Our payment is current and half whay it was before. Thanks FTM
