The customer service we have dealt with in the past few months with this company is deplorable! We have been yelled at, talked down to, lied to and even hung up on!!! All the people on the phone want to do is railroad you into paying them money even when you don't really owe it! They don't want to do the research required to help someone out, they just want your bank account info! I will never deal with this company again and STRONGLY advise anyone else to stay away from them also if possible!
