I had my credit card charged for a few gemstones that i ordered from their tv show Mon. and Weds. It took me over TWO MONTHS(NO EXAGGERATION!) to get my money back after them not mailing my gems to me or contacting me returning my calls.
Only after threatening them with small claims court did they finally budge. I would never advise anyone to do business with a company that lies and stalls and then doesn't have the gems to send me in the end! It felt like they used my money for two months to cover their bills or to aquire something that they wanted and needed cash for. I never did reveive any apology at all!
Now they have disappeared from their weekly internet live broadcast selling Mondays and Wednesdays. Go figure.
