I have been financially ruined by this company. They gave me the run around throughout the entire program. I am finishing my 18th month and just lost in court to one of three creditors already. My wages are being garnished. They told me that since my wages were being garnished that they wouldn't draw the last payment until after the garnishment stopped, but I saw on my online account that the withdrawl was pending as if they are still going to take it. They sent me documents to file with the court that had someone elses name on it, sent again with me as plaitiff, 3rd time they fed ex the document and it didn't show up til after the hearing. Told them what happened in court- they have not contacted me for several days.
