I’ve been having some major issues with my current tenant. I’m a first time landlord and the tenant has reported several items in the house has broken or in need of repair. The tenant has threatened to withhold the rent for thing that in my opinion they have broken themselves. I was referred to Express Evictions by a friend to help with my landlord/tenant problems. To cut to the chase, they have done a great job, their attorneys wrote my tenant a brisk letter letting them know that they represented me and that I would not tolerate the continued behavior. Well, my tenant seems to have shaped up for the moment but it is comforting knowing that I have Express Evictions in my corner. I almost got hooked up with another firm in San Bernardino but checked the State Bar website and there attorney has been disciplined twice by the Bar and is facing suspension. In addition, after running a court check one of their main customer service reps (FL) (Initials only) has been to prison and jail on several occasions. I’m sticking with Express, they have been a great find for me.
