not a good experience
I to was very fustrated with this company. I ordered wall art, it pictured 2 pieces, but I wanted to make sure because it wasn't described as 2, so I contacted the company and the clerk said she wasn't sure either, so she contacted the manufacture, and she called me back and said YES, you will receive 2. Very happpy, I paid and waited, and waited and waited, finially after about a week and a half I called, was told my order was backordered and would ship the next day, waited and waited and waited 2 1/2 weeks now, no art, called again requesting a tracking number, there wasn't one yet. After the third week called againg and was told it was to ship the next day and there was now a tracking number. Finially,........yayyyyyyyyy, I got 1 ;( called again, told the story for the umtenth time, this time emailed me (she told you wrong) this items only contains one. Fine, I really like it, Im keeping it but if I had known that, I would have chosen something else, and if I had known it was on back order, I would have not ordered. Never again with this company. Communication is a wonderful thing.
