Here is what I really, honestly, and truly think about this company. It is a horrible company that deserves less than one star for its horrible customer service, very poor quality, and unprofessionalism. It is a company that has no respect and no consideration for others and has no business being in business.
I hired David for my August wedding, and have STILL not received even half of what I paid for. (It is now almost April) They go weeks without answering phone calls, voice messages, emails, text messages, regular mail and complaints from the BBB.
I was promised items that not only have I not received (video and photo albums) but also items that I will never be able to get that were promised.(ex: to be there during the whole wedding, but ended up leaving without telling me that they were going so I didn't get even one shot of my husband and I with our son... which of course I am very sad about. They were supposed to bring in a large photo of my husband and I for the wedding guests to sign, but never did so we will never have that as well, photos that were taken never showed up in the CD of photos that I was given)
I am not doing this only because of my horrible experience, I am mainly doing it to help others not go through the nightmare that I am going through.
