Horrible! Hire anyone else! This company was sent to our home to repair our refrigerator as apart of a warranty service contract through Home Depot. The technician spent about 5 hours in our home replacing the compressor. After the repairs the technician said the refrigerator was operational again but would need a few hours to get cold again. After 24 hours the refrigerator was still room temp. We made several phone calls over the next few days to Esquivel to get the issue resolved but never received a response. After filing an incident report with Home Depot a new company was dispatched. This technician said the previous "repairs" further damaged components and now the refrigerator could not be fixed. The refrigerator would have to be replaced. This all happened over a two week period and we have yet to hear from Esquivel. Do not let these incompetent people into your home!
