Order sent to wrong address, company has not responded (yet)

Ordered neat posters. Got a mail a week later that they have been handed over to USPS. However, according to that mail they where going to the wrong address (to a different country). Have been trying to reach Enjoy Art ever since. It has been two weeks now, but they have not responded (yet).
