My wife and I have purchase two vehicles from Economy Nissan in the last eighteen months. We thought that we had found a dealership we could trust. The first vehicle that we purchased was a 2006 Nissan Armada. We also purchased an extended warranty. When we were reviewing the different warranties products I was very careful to question David Roder, Executive Manager about the coverage of the warranty. He assured me that, the product I was purchasing was the equivalent of a new product warranty, covering all components of the car. We drove to San Jose, Ca this summer on the way the air conditioner failed. We took it to a Nissan Dealer near San Jose for repair and found that the part that failed was not covered under the warranty product we purchased. The cost to get the air conditioner repaired was more than $1000.
When we returned to Colorado we contacted David Roder to see what he could do to help us out. He assured us that he would contact the warranty company and would get right back to us. We have not heard from Mr. Roder since that conversation. He has refused to respond to any of our attempts to contact him.
