This company and their web site are scammers....have no idea of product quality but their $14.99 offer on TV and the site ends up being $150+ with exhorbitant Shipping Charges by the time you click through their up-sell pop-ups to complete and order. They never present you with an itemized list on your order that shows the total until after they have locked it in. They then submit the order to www.ideavillage.com which takes 24-hours to get into their systems, and it takes abot that long to get a person to answer the phone there. I personally had to call my bank and immediately cancel the credit card before the transaction came in. Recommendation to all is not to trust this vendor and if you do beware of all their scamming before you order anything or give up CC information....
