On 04/11/11, I placed an order by phone that was to ship mid May. I realized I had been over charged. On the same day 04/11/11, I phoned and requested to cancel the order. I received e-mail of my request to cancel the order and phoned again to confirm cancellation of the order. Then I was billed on my creditcard eventhough the Eagle National Mint website states billing will occur when order ships. I have received no notice of shipping. I cancelled the order yet Eagle National Mint has failed to return my money and they will not respond to my numerous calls and e-mails. I feel scammed. BEWARE OF EAGLE NATIONAL MINT! THEY HAVE TAKEN $2,328.40!
