This company offers a good product with a lot of options and menus and administrator options to make the site how you like it, but it exclusive to SMC. It charges an annual fee of 199.00. I had a unfortunate experience where they double charged me and took out 2 payments of 199.00. It took so long to get a refund of the double charge and had to jump through so many hoops to finally get the double charge refund. Then they said they would reimburse me for any overdraft charges from my bank. I had a couple overcharges from my bank because of this double charge. I submitted everything like requested, however only received the double charged refund and was then denied the overdraft charges. I also received e-mails talking about closing my account and I reply back saying this is not the case. I was told this would take 30 days to get my refund each time and they would send the same template e-mails and get the same run around. I have appealed the denial of overdraft refund and still get the same e-mails. They offer a great product, but their customer service and tactics are very poor. Unfortunately this is the only e-commerce website provider with SMC. I recommend their product, but I wouldn't recommend their company.
