Paid over $800 for a half page age to be distributed from July-January. Still no advertising. And they made my 4 monthly payments into weekly payments instead without my authorization. Paid in full months early and still no delivery of advertising.
I was told I need to go photograph the distribution spot in order to prove to them there are no magazines there. REALLY?? Are they kidding me? I think they need to take photos to prove to me they did their job. I have credit card receipts proving I did my part.
Better Business Bureau has dozens of similar complaints. Be sure to check there first.
Snotty customer service reps who only supply excuses and stories for why there is no advertising. Months later and I have yet to see a publication with my ad in it.
I call it FRAUD.
