I ordered a dumpster that was delivered on time but when I called the salesmen to have it picked up ,he assured me it would be. 2 weeks later my neighbor who allowed me to put this in his driveway informed me that it was still there... 3 calls and 3 weeks
later the dumpster is still there. When I called to speak to a manager today he informed me that the salesman was no longer there and no one got my message. He was charging my card for 18 additional days while he was arguing with me on the phone. ! By the
timeI could get my c/c company on the phone it was to late. I am disputing the charge but after reading these reviews, I'm not hoping for much. Will call the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and file a complaint. I was told by one of the owners that if I did not let
the charge go thru that the dumpster would remain in my very frustrated neighbors driveway.... How in the world do they stay in business?.?. I wouldn't even give them one star but I can't get it off....
