Worst service I've ever experienced

My call to get a dumpster went flawlessly and they took my payment. My dumpster was supposed to be delivered early AM on the next Thursday. After countless calls and waiting on hold, usually being hung up on, I received my dumpster 10 hours late. My crew
waited all day (on the clock) and then I sent them home while I continued to wait. The next day we used the dumpster to capacity. I called for pickup and was told it would be picked up the next day. Two days later, the dumpster was still at the site, so I
called some more and experienced the same holds and hangups. I had to turn the property over to the owner with the dumpster on it. I cannot say to this day if it ever got picked up as my next job was quite a distance away. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I"VE EVER
EXPERIENCED. IF I TREATED MY CUSTOMERS THAT WAY I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.
