worst company ever!!

i had many of the same problems as the last reviewer. the dumpster was 4 days late. they told me i gave them the wrong address, so instead of contacting me, they just didnt send the dumpster. it was supposed to be there friday, i showed up to the job on saturday to find an empty driveway. they didnt deliver it till monday... then, they charged the wrong card... i gave them a card just to hold the dumpster till the homeowner called with his card. (mind you that this is right after hurricane sandy where you could not find a dumpster anywhere... so i was charged $600 for a single dumpster... scum bags..) now, satruday afternoon i find a $600 charge on my account which put my account at a negative balance. they wouldnt credit my account for 4 days and i accuired 4 overdraft fees that they refused to compensate me for. now my bill is up to $740. they emailed me an invoice which had to be signed before they can pick it up? not normal... never the less, when i called for a pick up, they told me "no problem, well pick it up in the morning." a week later i went back to the job to find it still sitting there, i called and they told me that i have to sign the invoice thats in my email.... that makes sense. another $50 charge on my account. so now were up to $790. this morning i woke up, ( mind you this is 4 weeks later...) checked my bank account....$121.76 charged for an over weight fee. how do i know that it was 1 1/2 tons over weight? i mean, i didnt even fill the dumpster, the homeowner put shelving in there without even breaking it up and is taking up empty space. empty space doesnt weight 1 1/2 tons. i dont believe them. $911.76 for a dumpster rental?!
they hardly answer the phone, they will never call you back, they charge you for any little thing just to make a few dollars and they like to take advantage of people who's houses were just destroyed in a hurricane. worst company in the world.
