This place was awful. The dumpster I ordered came two days late...created many problems for me. They said they had a driver call in sick and another one stopped by the DOT. Like I really cared....not my problem. They were not late on charging my credit card so my dumpster shouldn't have been late!! When I asked how I would be compensated for my inconvenience they offered to credit me $35.00, taking my bill from $335.00 to $300.00. I agreed since it was better than nothing. Of course when I call two weeks later to inquire about my credit no one knows anything, and they have to contact a supervisor even though I knew I was talking to the same girl that already got the okay from her supervisor when I had to track my dumpster down two weeks prior!! In the end they credited me $25.00 instead of the $35.00 I was promised.
Not to mention every time I had to call them (which totaled about 15 times) I was on hold for a minimum of 6 minutes--and if they tell you they will call you back...don't hold your breath!!
