DUARTE TILE & STONE Trashed our house and personal property inside and out and then refused to pay for the damages they caused. We hired them for a large tile job. They soiled newly painted walls that needed to be repainted, used our towels to wipe up grout, used our new throw rugs as tarps over our wall-to-wall carpeting and destroyed landscaping by not using ground covers where they set up their equipment damaging a custom cement/brick deck. The ignored our requests repeatedly on the job - all the while saying they were men of honor and all would be taken care of. I would not wish them on my worst enemy. Stay away from this company!!! Two locations to burn you - Duarte and Pasadena, CA.
