I was a little skeptical about shopping here because of the negative review, however they have a very nice showroom and a huge selection so I decided to go into this store armed with a few questions that would allow me to decide for myself if I wanted to do business here or not. I was taken care of by Raul and he was very patient and very informative. I asked him how he would determine the quantity of tile that I needed and he informed me that the if I had my measurements, which I did, he would calculate the quantity of tile needed for my project. My wife and I had a bathroom that we need to do and I gave him the measurements that my contractor had given me. He told me up front that the tile we had chosen was a special order tile and we could not return it once we placed the order. We ordered our tile and had the tile in less than a week. Our bathroom is beautiful, I could not be happier. My contractor broke a couple of the finishing pieces and I had to order the extra pieces. I thought I would have to wait a while to get them, but Raul delivered the extra pieces a couple of days later as he had promised. We have done other tile projects in the past and it has been a nightmare as far as getting additional tile, we've had to wait as long as 4 weeks. I was very pleased with the professionalism at Duarte Tile & Stone. My kitchen is next and we will go back and buy our kitchen from these folks. They're prices are competitive, they are honest, friendly and will go the extra mile to service you.
