This Company has great products, but make it very difficult to deal with if you are International customers. I have had a really frustrating time with their order process. Based in Australia, it takes far roo long for this to being resolved and they do not offer you a reasonable postage rate. They insist on using UPS at $42 when USPS would do the same for less than $14. In addition, if you reply to their emails it appears as if you simply get an automated response. Time to move onto something less frustrating. Let me know when you make it easier, more competitive and a lot less frustrating for International clients.
