Look Elsewhere for Precious Metals - MANY Delivery Problems

They take way too long to ship orders, usually in excess of the 9 weeks they tell you. Sales people are on the sleazy side, and quite pushy trying to get a credit card from you on the first phone call.
They had 14 complaints filed with the BBB in 2011, nine of which had to do with delivery problems. I've done a lot of reading on this company, and there are tons of delivery problems, and issues with customer service. It seems like they are floating your money for a very long time looking for the best time to purchase your product which is most advantageous to them.
Always question how a company can give you below market pricing, while spending millions on TV advertising.
There are better, more reliable companies around. Check them out first.
