This comapny has supposed memberships that are sold by various outfits. SOme of those like Five points travel and bently travel are currently being sued along with their owner Daryl turner for various consumer violations that i believe inlcude fraud. They also handle products for a company called serenity travel in delaware that is a complete scam, DVI and serenity are tied to an Eric shuman who either owned or worked at a company for Daryl Turner. The free gifts you are supposed to get have so many restrictions they rarely are recieved.
Here is how the scam works they set up shop. You almost always start with a high bbb rating so they have like a A+ and they will bring that up in disputes with credit card companies and anyone who complains. They sometimes still say they are A+ once it gets lowered. This always happens. Serenity was an A+ and is now a C-, as i am sure this compay will be. The bbb are like zombies with complaints until it is almost too late. They use the bbb rating to rip off people. Anyway once the ratings get to low and people get aware of it they usualy close or get closed down and move on. There was a Harbor Resort management in Nevada then there was Five points travel and bently travel ( among others in jersey), then serenity in delaware, and now Del Rey travel in california and similar companies in other places. Typically you are buying membership in a club that often (but not always) goes by destination vacations international and that is also tied to eric shuman somehow. I believe he owns it. their members only prices on their website www.mydvi.com links to freewebsites like travelnow.com so you pay $5000 for something you could do for free.
If you doubt it just ask why they dont have a recission period. ANy business worth their salt would. They know if you get home on the net you are going to run like hell from them.
