I purchased an Xbox 360 and it arrived very quick and was just as described but a few days later I was playing it (probably too long and it was really hot) and it got rrod so I went online and requested an return and the same day they sent me a shipping label so I sent it back and they replaced it no questions asked. Although I never had to talk to them on the phone in my experience they are a very professional and I would definitely use them again.
