Horrible experience
I recently ordered a gaming PC from Cyberpower and was pleased initially with the cost and ease of ordering on their website. I was also happy when I received an e-mail notifying me that the PC was being shipped earlier than the original estimated ship
date. That's where the good news stopped. I took a day off from work on the day of arrival as someone had to sign for the delivery and I wanted to get it hooked up right away. The PC arrived and I opened the box and hooked up the system, I tried powering it
on and nothing happened. Check everything tried again and it powered on but no beep and no signal to the monitor. I went to best buy and bought a new HDMI cable for my monitor and still nothing. Called CP's tech support and they asked me to check video card,
had my neighbor come over who builds his own PC's and he said card was connected and not loose. Tech support told me to ship the computer back and they would fix it and return it to me. Sorry but one thing I expect out of a $2200 PC is that it works out of
the box, it's my feeling based on the quickness of the arrival that this computer did not go through an adequate test or burn in period. So I paid out of my pocket $120 to ship it back to cyberpower, they received it on the 18th of February and I have nothing
but a confirmation that they received it, no credit or any information on when that will happen. I am sure they will charge me some additional charge which I find amazing that a company can't ship an item that works but yet it costs the customer money to return
their defective item. Good luck buying a computer from them, but I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Business's response - by Cyber_techon 3/3/2014
Dear Valued Customer, We apologize that you experienced an issue with your computer. All systems do go through the burn in and QC process. When systems ship sooner then the ETA, that is because the warehouse and assembly processed was processed sooner then normal. However, sometimes issues due occur and we are here to assist our customers in addressing the issue. We are sorry to know you have chosen to have a refund processed and we wish you good luck in any future computer purchase. Thank you for giving CyberPowerPC a try.
