I purchased a costume on 10-25-2010 & paid 12.99 for shipping to arrive on 10-29-10 & they didn't attempt to deliver until Nov 2-2010. They reimbursed the 12.99 for shipping but I'm having a very hard time getting in touch with someone to refund me my money for the costume itself. Here it is Nov 10-2010 & no response yet...I would not purchase anything from this company again. My godson was VERY disappointed because he was looking forward to being Freddy Kreuger this year & it didn't happen & we all know how important Halloween is for a 10 year old...
