I recently used Continental Mortgage to buy my home when I relocated to Florida from Minnesota. My realtor recommended them and I was extremely pleased with their rates and service. They were very responsive and helpful as I was a first time home buyer and was a bit of a babe in the woods. I also contacted my own bank but they had a higher rate and they were not very easy to get on the phone.
