I have been buying from them for past several months and have done thousands of dollars of business.
Their delivery is sometimes within 2 business days and at most 5 business days from the order placement. (I am in California)
Very good customer service.
Robbie, the sales manager, is the best. He is very helpful and very prompt in taking care of any issue.
I have nothing but good words at this time.
I have bought in past from several other companies (e.g. BHphotovideo.com, Adorama.com etc). They are good. But their shipment time is nowhere near thenerds.net.
Also the shipment boxes from thenerds.net are very solid and sturdy, unlike others.
Their price is very competitive, might be cheapest sometimes. (But not cheap in service)
