I contacted closeyourownloan for a refi. was given a great good faith estimate, and Nick Castillo did an awesome job with answering question I had. making me feel comfortable. My past loan holder had given me a better good faith and closeyourownloan matched
the loan. The process was quick and smooth. If there was information needed they made it extremely easy to get it for them. Overall process was around 3weeks long, would of been faster if my past loan holder would of been quicker with information I need. I
would suggest using them to anyone. I love that they don't get paid more money for getting you to pay points or upgrading etc. So there is no reason for them to lie to you. The main reason I decided to go with them is they built my trust by giving me truthful
