This has to be the WORST store for customer service I have EVER experienced in my life!!! TWICE I was left on hold in upwards of TWENTY minutes before hanging up. No one ever answers the phones there - no exaggeration! I called around the horn in tv's, camcorders, refrigerators, games, etc... NO ONE ANSWERED. When I finally got in touch with the operator she put me on hold for LONGER. At one point when I finally got hold of someone for more than two seconds I explained that something must be done to ensure phones get answered in a timely manner since paying customers are on the other end, yet I was met with such resistance from their end! I'm floored by the way I was treated at this store. Thankfully Best Buy recently opened just around the corner. My business will now be taken there.
