This is Jeremy R, I wrote a review stating that Mr. Persaud is a scam. He had replying saying that it is obvious that my file is still being worked. I would like to know his definition of obvious. Obvious to you, or to me. I have not heard a peep from Mr. Persaud or his firm since July 15, 2010. I did manage to find an email address for him and emailed demanding my money back and he of course refused. Now according to his contract he has the power to determine within 180 day if he can help. If he can not help then you get your many back. No be careful, he will determine that he can help you and kind of work with you in that 180 day period. When that term expires he disappears along with your money. He is going to say that he honored his contract and if he is feeling generous I suppose he might offer some money back, but for the lies and misinformation he deserves non of is. He is a coward, a cheat and has no integrity. There are obviously many others that are willing to curse his name and I hope he reads this. Mr. Persaud I hope you rote. You lied when you said you were obviously still working on my file. It certainly is not obvious to me and I am the one in danger of loosing my house. How dare take the money of other that are in real need of financial help and you pray on them like some kind of vulture.

Mr. Persaud did not "take" your money, read the review below. Someone else embezzled it, and we are in the process of recovering it now. Again, read the review below. In fact, Mr. Persaud was faced with the embezzlement, and suddenly discovering a large number of loan modification files that were supposedly opened under his name, by imitators. He did everything he could, to get all loan modification files processed.
