Hello,
Before Legal Modification Firm I went to two attorneys. One did nothing, and the other just got me a forbearance. After six months I would have been back to square one with no help at all with my loan. My house is in Perris and my lender is GMAC, and I have another property in Moreno Valley. After Marie Steiner got my file she saw the situation I was in and pushed my loan modification through in two weeks with a lot of effort. Here is my situation then and now:
Previous payments: $4,372.25 interest only / taxes and insurance approx $750.00
Trial payments: $3,153.41 ( including principal / interest and taxes / insurance )
Savings: $1,218.84 + $750.00 total $1,968.84 Per month.
Not to mention that no contribution amount was required and 12 months of delinquency were added to the back of the loan.
My second house:
Previous payments: $1,619.00 interest only / Taxes and insurance were approx $450.00
Trial payments: $1,168.72 ( including principal / interest taxes and insurance )
Savings: $405.28 + 450.00 total $855.28 Per month.
No upfront contribution costs were towards the 12 months of delinquency were needed upfront. The delinquent amount was added to the back of the loan.
Look at how much I saved!
I am very very grateful to this company, and don't know why some people want to spread false information about them because their loan is not going through as fast as they want. Marie is a very busy person and making everyone more busy is not going to help make people's modifications go faster! I hope that the liars realize they are actually hurting people.
