Legal Modification began working on our modification in February. We were
contacted a few times but unfortunatley I was in the process of chemo for
treatment of cancer. I am beginning to be very concerned after reading these
reviews. I managed to discover a small bit of paperwork that my husband had
kept in a folder. I tried to contact the company who initially drew us into this program. I was told that they were no longer affiliated with that company and there was no info to share with me.... The person who I spoke with was very cold and matter of fact. This really concerned me. I could not wait to get home from work to phone the law office myself and just speak to
someone. I called all the numbers that I had on my paperwork to no avail. Thanks to another person who had left a post with her phone number(thank you), I was finally able to contact Mr. Persaud's firm. Unfortunatley, the person that I spoke with, I believe that she said her name was Irma, told me that she could not find a record of our file in the system. OH OH. Now I am really uncomfortable. I explained to Irma?, that I was very concerned over all the bad publicity on the internet. She assured me that this was the work of disgruntled employees. She said that she would look into my file, (how can she do that if she could not find it initially), and call me back. I asked her to have Mr. Persaud call me back himself. She indicated very nerviously that he was in court. I told her if someone did not contact me within a reasonable amount of time that I would look into legal representation to resolve this situation. She assured me that there would be no need for that. Please, Mr. Persaud, if you have any empathy for someone who has cancer and been so ill, please return my call and assure me that you are legitimate and you are working on our modification.

We actually talked to this client, and concluded that she signed a contract with Home Guardian Services in Las Vegas. We are not affiliated with them at all, or with any company in Las Vegas. If anyone from Las Vegas contacts you, claiming to represent Legal Modification Firm, please contact us instead. You can reach Mr. Persaud at chrisp.law09@gmail.com. Also, please remember that Legal Modification Firm is not accepting new loan modifications, and has not been doing so for months.
