Us too, we fell victims to this lousy company that cannot comprehend the meaning of Customer Service.
WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
They lie about orders, delivery dates and then play the hold game when calling to check on a status. (28 minutes is about average for hold time)
Product ordered and paid for in advance on Feb 19th for delivery time frame of 7-10 days By March 8th still no sign of our order and CS has no idea when we might see it. Left on road trip without the part with instructions to hold at will call for pick up.
Guess what they shipped it after we traveled 2 hours to pick up the part!!!
Great communication between shipping and CS and their comment is that they are human and mistakes happen --no offer of compensation for the unnecessary trip and inconvenience.
Apparently Scott Moscroft, Mail Order Manager is the next in chain of command after the owner Dave Darmon who is not a working manager!!! If you can believe that c**p then I have a ice chest for sale in Alaska! How they manage to stay in business is beyond me with such unethical and inefficient processes.
They are rude and incompetent people who do not give a damn about their customers. Check out their rating and the complaints at the Better Business Bureau of Southern California http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Chaparral-Motorsports-2789
-- These people just do not know how to deliver nor do they care!!!!
