We purchased from Chaparrall for our first time, and rec'd the product spread out over a time frame of about 2 weeks. The product sifted in day by day. When I called to customer service to talk to them about it, they were rude, ridiculed me, and hung up on me. I even had one man named Richard that pretended he was a manager, but eventually told me he was just joking. Real funny! Ha...ha...! I had to call and request a manager over 10 times on 3 different days just to reach a manager finally. He was apologetic but couldn't do anything. Instead he just said that didn't happen on my watch. So, after being hung up on, laughed at, ridiculed, and lied to, I get someone who can't do anything because he didn't witness it. WOW....what a company!! PLEASE....don't ever use this company and help shut down a HUGE company that doesn't care about you, the customer. Thanks, Jen
