Beware of Chaparrals Motorsports.

I ordered a motorcycle tire from Chaparrals Motorsports online. I spoke to a representative to make sure I was ordering the right tire. When I received the tire, it was the wrong size. I called to let them know it was the wrong size, and they told me it was my fault because I ordered the wrong tire and the proof was the order number that I put in, (which was given to me by the representative.) I was told that I would have to pay to ship it back to them. The tire was 58 dollars and it cost me over 60 dollars to ship it back to them. Because I needed the tire desperately, they told me I would have to order another one to receive it more quickly and when they received the tire from me, they would refund my money. The new tire arrived and it took another week before they said they got the other tire back. I was told that as soon as they got it back, my money would be refunded immediately . But it took at least another week after they got the tire back before they refunded my money and they only refunded me 50 dollars. They charged me an additional handling fee. As far as I'm concerned, this company is a rip off. Be ware of Chaparrals Motorsports
