Be careful for this office. If you rent any units from TCG properties, operating inside of Century 21-westlake, main managers being Paul Campbell or Arlen Wood, then beware. TCG properties has been successfully sued many times for illegal activity when operating the rental units. Check the BBB rating too, I know other tenants that have had this same issue. If you have had a bad experience then please post here!
