I visited Carraz to purchase a wedding dress. I had been eying a Mori Lee bridal gown for quite some time, and decided to visit their Glendale location after seeing that they were one of Mori Lee's retailers. I also decided to visit because a friend of mine recommended me to do so.
The first thing I noticed when I entered the store was how beautiful it looked. The dresses on display were amazing and made the place a pleasure to look at.
I was greeted by a sales associate who immediately helped me find my bridal dress. When my dress did not fit as snugly as I hoped, they got a professional tailor to take my measurements and alter my wedding gown accordingly. I was ecstatic when I was able to fit into my dress after alterations were complete. Alterations were a separate fee, but with the quality of the workmanship, I found the fee very reasonable.
I also bought several of my bridesmaid dresses at Carraz, and was very satisfied because I was offered a package deal for purchasing several dresses.
Carraz's customer service is great. I had a wonderful experience at this store and would highly recommend it to my friends.
