Took my vehicle in for a few small service such checks on a 6 month old 2009 Kia. Was told it would take a couple hours and they would call me. I did not hear from anyone and decided to call 2 hour before they closed where they told me some one was out "test driving" it and would get back to me with in a few minutes. After 1 hour and 30 min I decided to call back where they said it was just finishing and to pick it up. When i got there they said nothing was wrong with it and just put grease on a few parts that were under warranty. Yet this all took a little over 8 hours.
Right as I had just left the lot I noticed my sun glasses were missing mind you I never remove them from my vehicle. I called and told the manager on the lot what was wrong and they told me the service department was closed for the day and they would call me the next day.
I had to call each time getting a call back once and being run around by different people.
Vehicle did not have service done to it and had my sun-glasses "stolen"
Worst dealership ever
